I’d genuinely like some advice from European founders and entrepreneurs. I’m from Brazil, and I’ve been building two products that I believe could have a real market in Europe: Finaxa.me — a complete financial management platform for businesses. GreenMetrics Pro — an ESG and carbon management platform designed around sustainability reporting, emissions calculations and European ESG requirements. The technology is already built. The platforms are functional, and I’ve spent a lot of time developing the features and adapting them to the needs of businesses. But here is the part I’m struggling with: I’m not getting many sales. And honestly, I’m trying to understand why. Is the problem trust because I’m a Brazilian founder trying to sell to European companies? Is it the positioning? The lack of a European partner or local representative? Pricing? Not having enough credibility/references from European customers? Or am I simply approaching the market in the wrong way? For those of you who already operate in Europe: If you had a complete SaaS product from outside Europe and wanted to enter the European market today, what would you do first? Would you look for distributors, local partners, accountants/consultancies, resellers, investors, European founders, or something completely different? I’m not looking for compliments or generic advice. I’d genuinely appreciate hearing what you think I’m doing wrong and what you would change. If anyone has successfully brought a non-European SaaS into the European market, I would especially love to hear how you did it. Thank you. Juliano E. Machado Founder — Finaxa.me / GreenMetrics Pro
