Help us build the community founders deserve
We're a small, distributed team building the engagement-driven platform that founders actually need. Join us if you care about quality communities and building in public.
Now hiring
This is not a traditional moderation role where you simply review reports and remove spam. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy online communities, understand internet culture, and know how to encourage healthy engagement while protecting the quality of the space.
You'll actively use the platform every day — engaging with posts, welcoming new members, guiding discussions, identifying low-quality or harmful content, and becoming deeply familiar with our community guidelines and culture.
- Monitor the community feed, product launches, and comments daily
- Engage authentically with posts — upvote, comment, and surface great content
- Welcome new members and help them understand the platform
- Identify and act on policy violations — from spam to harassment
- Communicate moderation decisions clearly and fairly to affected users
- Provide feedback to the team on community trends and emerging issues
- Help refine our community guidelines based on real situations you encounter
- Strong understanding of online communities and internet culture
- Fluent written English — clear, direct, and warm in communication
- Comfortable engaging with people online every day, consistently
- Strong sense of judgment and fairness — you can see multiple sides of a situation
- Familiarity with startup culture, tech communities, or creator ecosystems
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- No formal education or degree required — community instincts matter most
Hourly pay. Payouts available weekly or monthly depending on your preference. Rate is discussed during the application process.

How we work
We work from wherever we are. Time zones are managed with async-first communication and clear documentation.
We ship frequently and iterate based on real feedback from the community we serve. No long planning cycles.
We're building for founders — people who are betting on themselves to build something from nothing. That matters to us.
We're always interested in meeting people who care deeply about community and quality. Send us a note.
