I looked at my last 30 days and realised almost all of my time went into adding features nobody asked for. Meanwhile, I barely spent any time actually talking to potential users. I'm changing that this month and I'm curious if anyone else has had the same experience. At what point did you realise building more wasn't going to solve your growth problem?
