I think I spent too much time building

I looked at my last 30 days and realised almost all of my time went into adding features nobody asked for.
Meanwhile, I barely spent any time actually talking to potential users.
I'm changing that this month and I'm curious if anyone else has had the same experience.
At what point did you realise building more wasn't going to solve your growth problem?

The useful distinction here may be between “building more isn't solving growth” and “I don't yet know what evidence would justify building again.” What are you planning to learn from those user conversations that would determine what you build next?
