What would stop you from buying it?

I’ve been building this ecosystem for a while, and I’m at the point where I want some brutally honest feedback from experienced founders.[https://finaxa.me)
Instead of asking “do you like it?”, I want to ask something much more useful:
If you had to buy this business today, how much would you actually pay for it?
Not the code. Not the domain.
I mean the whole ecosystem: the website, tools, financial products, calculators, content, existing infrastructure, branding and the possibility of turning it into a real business.
I’m not looking for compliments.
If you were evaluating this as an acquisition, I’d really like to know:
- What would you remove?
- What would you rebuild?
- What would you add?
- What would stop you from buying it?
- What would make it worth 2x more?
- And most importantly: what would you personally pay for it today?
You can assume you were buying it as a founder looking for a base to build on, rather than starting from zero.
I’m especially interested in answers from people who have actually built, bought, sold or acquired online businesses.
Feel free to be brutal. I’d rather hear that the business is worth $500 than get a polite “looks great”.

What is finaxa cause when I visited all I saw it a blog full with ads doesn't seem like anything you put up here maybe just another spam post.
Actually, you just described the exact problem we’re discussing.
You visited Finaxa and only understood it as a blog with ads. That means you didn’t find the free financial tools, the courses, or the GreenMetrics business system — which is exactly the issue I’m trying to understand.
So rather than calling it spam, I’d genuinely like your perspective: **what would you change in the way the site is structured or presented so that someone visiting for the first time immediately understands what they’re looking at and where the actual products are?**
Wow, love what you’re building with Finaxa. I think the opportunity is much bigger if you nail one clear use case first and let the ecosystem grow around it. Rooting for you to take this much higher.
Thank you, honestly. Your comment changed the way I’m looking at Finaxa. I’ve been focused on building the ecosystem, but I hadn’t thought enough about whether the core use case was clear enough.
I really appreciate you taking the time to look at it and give me this perspective. It gave me something important to rethink.
Nice, I love the way you’re asking this. I checked out Finaxa and my humble take is that the biggest thing stopping me from buying today would be understanding where the real moat is.
There’s clearly a lot built here, but I’d probably pay more for one part with proven demand than an ecosystem with many tools competing for attention. The foundation is strong though. I’d be curious to see which part of Finaxa people actually keep coming back for.
