About Nomos

I started building Nomos after noticing the same pattern across every company I’d worked with from fintech to AI infrastructure. Founders spend an enormous amount of time switching between CRMs, finance tools, Slack, WhatsApp, email, documents, and spreadsheets just to understand what’s happening in their business before they can make a decision. Existing software stores data, but none of it understands how the business actually operates as a whole. Nomos is an operational intelligence platform that connects the tools a company already uses, builds a real-time understanding of how the business operates, and helps founders understand what needs attention, why it matters, and how to take action from one place. Instead of another dashboard, we’re building the operational layer between your business and AI. We’re starting with founder-led companies, particularly those operating across both global software (Stripe, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Slack, Notion) and local infrastructure (Paystack, Flutterwave, WhatsApp, local banks), where operational complexity is highest. We’re currently looking for early design partners to help shape the product through real-world feedback.

Problem it solves
As companies grow, operational context becomes fragmented across dozens of tools. Revenue lives in finance systems, customers live in CRMs, conversations happen in Slack or WhatsApp, documents are scattered across different platforms, and important decisions often exist only in people’s heads. Founders end up rebuilding the same mental picture of the business every day before they can answer simple questions like: * What changed this week? * What deserves my attention today?
Who it's for
Founder-led startups (10–200 employees), B2B SaaS, FinTech, AI, HealthTech, and cross-border businesses using multiple business tools. Especially companies operating across both global SaaS platforms and local infrastructure.
