Update: We Hit 100 Early Access Signups in 72 Hours
100 signups, 0 paid ads, here's what actually worked
Quick update for the community, we opened early access 6 days ago and just crossed 100 signups without any paid advertising.
Here's what worked:
Posted in 3 founder Slack groups (drove ~40% of signups)
One tweet thread that got picked up by 2 newsletters
Personal DMs to 30 founders I'd already helped, 18 signed up
What didn't work:
Cold email campaign (1% conversion, not worth it at this stage)
Reddit posts (removed by mods twice)
Next milestone: 500 signups before we open the platform.

This is honestly so inspiring! Community-driven growth without paid ads is exactly the approach I'm using for GoldenWeeks too. Slack groups and personal DMs really are the most effective channels.
