How I Validated My SaaS Idea in 2 Weeks Without Writing Code

Validate before you build - the 2-week sprint that saved me 3 months

Before I wrote a single line of code, I wanted to know if anyone would actually pay for my product. Here's the exact 2-week validation sprint I ran: Week 1: Problem validation - Posted a "hot take" on LinkedIn about the problem I was solving - Tracked who engaged and DMed them with 3 open-ended questions - Did 10 30-minute calls — took verbatim notes, didn't pitch anything Week 2: Solution validation - Built a Notion doc pretending to be a landing page - Shared it with call participants and asked "would you pay $X/month for this?" - Got 6 verbal commitments and 2 people who asked for a waitlist Total time: ~15 hours. Total cost: $0. The product I'm building now is 40% different from my original idea because of what I learned. What validation method has worked best for you?
