Meme coins copy each other's names all day. The BULLY Crypto Agent is a small helper that checks an address instead of a name. You give it one contract address and it looks at Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) right now: is there a contract there, what is it called, how much exists, and is it the real $BULLY contract or something else. It also answers basic questions about $BULLY and sends back the official links. It is a rule-based program, not a chatbot. It does not guess, it does not trade and it never touches a wallet. We built it to put $BULLY inside the network of AI agents, not only in front of people. Software now reads the web on behalf of people, and plain files, open protocols and callable tools are far easier for agents to read and use reliably than a human-facing page. So the agent is reachable three ways: a live A2A agent with an agent card at /.well-known/agent-card.json, a read-only MCP endpoint at /mcp, and a plain web API at /api/check that returns the same check as JSON, no protocol needed. There is also an llms.txt guide to the site for language models. On-chain it reads: whether runtime code exists at the address; token facts (name, symbol, decimals, total supply); proxy flags (EIP-1967, EIP-1822, the legacy OpenZeppelin slot, EIP-1167 minimal proxies and the DELEGATECALL byte); owner, paused and burn reads; a byte-pattern scan for selectors of common mint, pause, blacklist, fee and upgrade functions; a source match lookup on Sourcify; and the Uniswap v4 pools that contain the token, read straight from the chain. It never trades, never touches a wallet and does not give investment advice, a safety verdict or an audit. It reports what the chain shows and says "unknown" when it cannot read something. The tool is free to use and read-only.
