what are u paying for that still stucks ?

I keep noticing how many business problems technically have “solutions” already — yet people still lose money or patch things together manually.
So I’m curious, what’s something in your business you already pay for, but it still sucks?
Not looking for startup ideas or “I wish AI could do X.” I mean something concrete: you’re already spending money on it, using a workaround, or accepting the loss because the existing options aren’t good enough.
What is it, and what specifically is still broken?
